Am 45 on 15th October.. had a quiet dinner with En MHM on 14th Oct as he is leaving to EC the next day, on my birthday to visit his sick mom in EC. No, it doesnt matter that we cant go to a fancy restaurant or you tak sempat nak buy my gift. I am grateful that you take the time off, walaupun penat, and be with me on the eve of my birthday. Thank you for being there for me, thank you for accepting me as I am (yang banyak songel nie, he he he ) and most of all, thank you for waiting for me for all these years, hoping and dreaming that we meet again.. thank you, thank you and thank you. Like your favourite song, Istana Menanti Pasti.....
My friend, Liz took me for dinner in GE Mall on my birthday and we took the opportunity to order food as much as we like. Makan cam tak de hari esok... Thanks Liz, for the lovely dinner and companion on that day. Walau hati aku cam nak pecah sedih sebab En MHM takde, but I smiled for the camera, didnt I?
Thanks for all the wishes through my FB, blog and SMS. Really appreciate the thought. What do I feel turning 45, someone asked? Well, nothing really, age is just a number and I really thinks it depends on the person itself. As for me, my life has just started and am happy with the things that are happening around me, walaupun ada bumps here and there, but ultimately I bersyukur tak terhingga. Not all things happen as you want it to be, but you make the best of everything. You have the choice to be happy or to be unhappy. I look forward to another 45 years of healthy & happy life with En MHM, not forgetting a little bit of extra money lah to spend on whatever I want.... AMIN.
