Back to School

I am back to school! Yay! My first session started last Friday and it was fun walaupun agak lambat nak pick up compared to the rest of the class yang penuh dengan people who are much younger than me. Hahahaa...

Well, apapun, I am glad I joined as I have gained many new friends, but most important, I gained knowledge. Before the class started, as usual, they asked the newcomer to come upfront and introduce yourself. Akak walaupun boleh bercakap berkobar kobar, but ada stage fright yang amatz! When holding the mike, I was trembling, but the course leader was right beside me and she was constantly making eye contact with me as she knows I am nervous. It was the longest 10 mins of my life. But anyway, everyone made me feel welcome and we did a dance and some light exercise to break the ice. The next 2 hours flew like a breeze.

About 11pm, all of us went for supper and we talked and talked until about 1 am. By the time I reached home it was already 2am and I was dead tired. But before nodding off to sleep, I felt a deep satisfaction and am really glad that I took the first step. The rest they said is history.
